Okay, Fashion Detectives...
let's see who is first to guess the label on this item. It is a sweatshirt, mid to late 70s is my guess. It's a great example of that whole
nostalgia craze. After The Great Gatsby movie came out in 74, all things 20s became really popular.
So, who made this cute sweatshirt?

I am going to take wild stab and say Chanel. I am only saying that because I know they did T-shirts one year, which they are now denying they ever
did.... plus Chanel from 73-83 is pretty bleak.

Actually both are great guesses, just not correct. And I really see the Virginia Slims thing. You've come a long way.....

No to all. A big hint:
The firm is American, but is known for their tropical prints.

Wow!
What's it printed on? Is it a knit?? Kind of a surprising garment type for them?

It's cotton knit with fleece interior. I've never seen anything like it. New label for the resource too - Miss K.

hmm, I was going to ask if it was named for his daughter, but she would be 'Miss C'.
How interesting, and what a unique thing to find.
