BREECHES
Breeches 1910s
C. 1915 lady's beige linen breeches for riding astride. They fasten at each side of the hip with Mother of Pearl buttons and hand worked button holes. Chevron stitched knee patches. The leg cuffs adjust with lacing and hand worked eyelet holes. 24"- 26" waist.

Breeches 1920s
C. 1924 - 1929 heavy white jean men's hunting breeches with knee patches and a full seat. They are very high waisted and have buttons at the waist to attach suspenders/braces to as was the fashion in men's regular daywear. The breeches have a front fastening flap at the crotch area, making "pit stops" a breeze. The leg calf size is adjustable with lacing.

Breeches 1930s
C. 1930's men's navy blue wool military riding breeches with suede knee patches. Has a contemporary high waist with buttons to attach suspenders/braces to as was the fashion with regular men's daywear. Button fly and leg cuffs use black enameled metal buttons. They were made for a Capt. B.R. Rawbaut? by the famous men's English uniform maker Hobson which started in 1850 and is still in existence today.
