APRIL CORNELL
Cornell Trading, Inc. was formed in 1975 by husband and wife Chris and April Milne Cornell in Montreal, Canada. Inspired by their travels, they formed a business of women's and children's clothing, along with linens and home furnishings. The stores in Canada were named La Cache, and the the USA they were simply April Cornell. By 2003, there there 100 stores.
In March, 2006, the stores began a phase-out, with April Cornell products being offered through TV retailer gaint QVC.
