YOUTH GUILD
Founded in 1948, Youth Guild's best known designers were Anne Fogarty in the early years and later, Liz Claiborne in the 1960s and 1970s. Focused on the under-twenty crowd, Youth Guild's look was geared to the young with the classic 1950s look of trim bodice, very full skirts and variations on the little girl look of puffed sleeves and jumpers.
