FORMFIT COMPANY

The Formfit Company  was established in 1917  in Chicago as a maker of women's "foundation garments" - mainly corsets and girdles.  They also became known for other types of lingerie, such as bras and panties.  In the early 1960s, Formfit merged with Rogers lingerie, to make Formfit-Rogers.

Formfit is still in operation, and is owned by Jockey International.
