This design firm was started in 1959 by designer Ronald Amey, and his business partner, Joseph Burke. Amey was known for his use of interesting materials and big, bold prints. Joseph Burke sold his interest in the company to Amey in 1970, who changed the name of the firm to Ronald Amey, Inc. The business did not survive past the early 70s. In the early 80s, Amey did freelance design work for Aurura Ruffolo, Inc. He died in 1986.
