VAN RAALTE
The Van Raalte Company was founded by Emanuel Van Raalte in 1913. Van Raalte was a maker of fine gloves, nylon stockings and lingerie. They were bought by Cluett, Peabody & Co (the Arrow shirt company) in the 1980s and eventually the company was sold to Warnaco.
